Jo Ann Allen a resident of Wimberley Texas joined her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Seton Medical Center in Austin Texas. Jo Ann was born July 8, 1931 in Cottonwood, New Mexico the second of seven children of Fred T. and Mary A. Province. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of twenty-six years Billy Ray Allen, two brothers Fred T. Jr.
