Duane Deen, Kilgore Heights Principal gets a little air time before school starts back on the 25 of August. Deen got to take a ride in a vintage World War I Stearman owned and piloted by Maude Laird Middle School teacher Dana Sneed. It was a great evening for flying as Deen said the flight was "just so smooth." Sneed did give Deen a couple of thrills as he made a few unexpected maneuvers, but other then that Deen had a great flight and a great experience. Sneed also re-built the aircraft. More...
