Lassen and Redmon announce engagement

Jill Redmon and David Lassen, Jr. Jill Redmon, daughter of Richard and Loraine Redmon of Tatum, and David Lassen, Jr., son of Mrs. Jeanette Miller of Longview and Cindy and David Lassen, Sr. of Longview, are pleased to announce their engagement.

Miss Redmon, a resident of Dallas, graduated from Pine Tree High School in 1995 and Texas Tech University in May 2000. Her paternal grandparents are Ruth Redmon and the late Dale Redmon of Tatum. Her maternal grandparents are John and Barbara Seimears of Lake Cherokee.

Mr. Lassen, a resident of Dallas, also graduated from Pine Tree High School in 1995 and Texas Tech University in May 2000. His paternal grandparents are the late Raymond and Ernestine Lassen of Childress. His maternal grandparents are Bobbie Dent and the late Norman Dent of Kilgore.

The ceremony will take place on September 27, 2008, at Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Marshall.
