Kilgore's social service agencies are uniting again to provide school supplies for lowincome Kilgore-area families. Helping Hands, Kilgore Crisis Center, Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services and Kilgore Together are coordinating the efforts. The agencies are seeking donations of school supplies.
