ELISEO BANDA

Services for Eliseo Banda, 87, of Kilgore were Saturday, July 19, 2008 at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Hampton officiating. Burial followed in Crim's Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Banda passed away Thursday, July 17, 2008.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Kilgore and worked at the Longview Post Office and retired in 1987.

Mr. Banda was a veteran of World War II as a Marine

Mr. Banda is survived by his wife Evelyn Banda of Kilgore; a daughter and son-inlaw Elizabeth and Jim Lockhart of Lake Cherokee, a son, Leon Banda of Lake Cherokee, three grandchildren.

His father and mother Mr. And Mrs. Vicente Banda, a sister Vicki Banda and brother VC Banda preceded him in death.
