The Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association gave out their awards for May and they are from left, clockwise. The Beauty Spot for May goes to the Sonic Drive-in restaurant located at 217 N. Henderson Blvd. The Commercial Beauty Spot for May goes to the Gussie Nell Davis Rangerette Residence, located at 819 Nolen St.. Last, but not least is the Yard of the Month for May which was awarded to S.L. Evans who lives at 2707 Dudley Rd.
