HOUSTON (AP) - Brazen jewel thieves are robbing traveling dealers around Houston in a spree of heists that authorities say has cost the victims $3 million in stolen valuables. The fourth holdup in three weeks happened Thursday when police say three masked men walked into a Waffle House, went straight for a dealer seated in a corner booth and made off with $1.
