Jim and Elsa Ibison of Fort Smith, Arkansas announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Jill Ibison, to Gregory Carl Vessels, both of Dallas. Mr. Vessels is the son of Bill and Kay Vessels of Sherman, Texas. A 6:30 p.m. ceremony is planned May 17 at the Dallas Museum of Art in Dallas.
