An investigation that began in June led Kilgore police to arrest and charge a Kilgore man on charges of sexual abuse, Kilgore police detective Tony Stone said this morning. Larry Jackson, 54, of Kilgore, was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The charge is a first degree felony offense.
