Eltife's legislation for emissions reduction passes senate
The Texas Senate took favorable action to pass Senate Bill 2000 by Senator Kevin Eltife (R-Tyler), which would create an incentive program for the reduction of NOx emissions from rich-burn compressor engines. These compressor engines are commonly located at individual natural gas wells or at extraction junctions serving several wells.
