Advocates Passage of Additional Tax Relief and a Stricter Spending Limit
Governor Rick Perry today joined Mike Sullivan, Texans for Fiscal Responsibility president and state legislators to emphasize the importance of fiscal restraint as the 2008 legislative session nears the end. In his State of the State address, Perry called on legislators to support an additional $2.5 billion in tax relief and to enact a tighter spending cap on state expenditures.
