BASEBALL GAMES CANCELLED

A pair of baseball games set for tonight -- one a fund raiser for the Kilgore Chamber of Commerce and the other a play-off game for Kilgore High School na North Lamar -- were cancelled just at press time because of rain.

The game between the Fort Worth Cats and the Shrevep[ort Sports cannot be re-scheduled and the chamber will issue refunds.

The KHS-North Lamar game will be played at North Lamar Friday night. Games two and (if necessary) three will be here Saturday afternoon.
