Billy Graham Library to be dedicated
      CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Two former U.S. presidents will attended the dedication of the $27 million Billy Graham Library, which the facility's namesake also is expected to attend. Former presidents Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush will speak at the May 31st dedication, said Graham's son, Franklin.

60 sheep spotted grazing on cemetery flowers
      APEX, N.C. (AP) - Authorities seized a flock of sheep that had wandered away from a downtown home to graze on floral arrangements in the town cemetery. Animal neglect charges were pending Tuesday against the animals' owner, David Watts, who kept about 80 of the animals in his crumbling house in this Raleigh suburb, police said.
