OLIVER CHARLES SMITH

Funeral services for Oliver Charles Smith, 51, of Kilgore are scheduled for Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel in Lufkin, Texas with Rev. Larry Parks officiating. Interment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Lufkin. Services are under the direction of Colonial Mortuary of Lufkin with local arrangements by Victory Funeral Services.

Mr. Smith was born on November 19, 1955 in Lufkin and died on September 16, 2006 in Lufkin.

Survivors include a daughter, India Griffin; two sons, Rodney Sanford and Oliver Smith, Jr; two sisters, Juanita Griffin and Michelle Scott; three brothers, Ronnie and Travis Smith, Jr., and Johnny

Jackson; seven grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel.
