WIND POWER HITS HOME

Paul Westbrook inspects his Skystream residential wind generator before the unit is hoisted near his home in Fairview (Collin County) yesterday. The 35-foot wind turbine, one of several in a new consumer line of wind generators, represents potential savings, but also an emerging wind industry market targeting residents, farms and small businesses.
