VENITA DURHAM

Graveside services for Venita Durham, 82 of Kilgore will be four p.m., Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at Kilgore Cemetery with the Rev. T. W. Maddux officiating. Mrs. Durham died Sunday, July 9, 2006 in Kilgore.

She was born June 19, 1924 in West Carlisle. Venita attended Carlisle School and lived most of her life in Kilgore, Overton, Arp area. She worked many years as a waitress at the "Country Tavern." She enjoyed hunting and fishing.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Billie and Johnny Patterson of Kilgore; two sons, Bobby Wayne Foster and his wife Carroll of Houston, Bill Foster of Kilgore; one brother, Sonny Moores of Arp; five grandchildren; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kilgore Crisis Center.
