The Kilgore Oil Capital Chapter 21 meets

The Kilgore Oil Capital Chapter 21 met Thursday night. Officer Richard Stanley was the guest speaker. He presented a program on personal safety to the ladies; including identity theft, scam artists and their scams, guarding against

attackers, and other ways to protect themselves. The chapter is presently conducting a raffle for a rifle ,rod & reel combo and a raffle for a quilt for the branch of the service of your choice.
