City National Bank announces officer election and promotion
Tina Bogenschutze Roland Velvin, president and CEO of City National Bank, last week announced the promotion of one officer and the election of another.
Tina Bogenschutz began her banking career in 1999 as the computer operator and inhouse support specialist for City National Bank. She assumed the mainframe operations duties in 2000, and became the bank's Network Administrator in 2002. As a result of her proven leadership and technological capabilities, Bogenschutz was elected Information Technology Officer in June of 2004. She is directly responsible for the bank's technology and data processing departments, and serves as the bank's Security Officer and Information Security Officer. Bogenschutz is a member of the bank's Marketing Committee and oversees its website development and online banking services.
Bogenschutz holds a degree in computer science from Tyler Junior College, and is a graduate of Dickinson High School in Dickinson, North Dakota. She resides in Longview with her husband, Jared, and their daughters, Daphne and Kooper. They are members of Mobberly Baptist Church in Longview.
Elise Webb-Moore has returned to the City National Bank management team as the bank's Compliance and CRA Officer. Moore was most recently a Senior Vice President and Austin Area Sales Manager for Regions Bank after having served as Branch Manager for their Kilgore office. She previously worked at City National Bank in the late nineties as Bank Officer and Teller Supervisor, and began her banking career with First Federal Savings Bank.
Elise Webb-Moore Moore graduated summa cum laude from LeTourneau University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and is an alumni of Hallsville High School and Kilgore Junior College. She and her husband, Clint, reside in Diana with their children, Gabrielle and Draven. They are members of Forest Hill Baptist Church in Longview.
