Maternal grandparents are John and Judy Tyndall of Spring. Great-grandparent is Edwina Matlock of Spring.

Paternal grandparents are the late Andy Kennedy of Kilgore, Dr. Francisco and Margaret Cibele of Kilgore. Great-grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Isedoro Cibele of Cordoba, Argentina, the late Mr. and Mrs. R.E. Kennedy, the late Mr. and Mrs. A.D. Crutcher, both of Kilgore.
