DORIS B. MELTON

Graveside services for Mrs. Doris B. Melton, 87, of Longview formerly of San Antonio were Saturday, May 27, 2006 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio. She passed away Wednesday in Longview.

She was born July 20, 1918 in Denison, daughter of the late Clyde and Clara Brown. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Her daughter, Doris Passmore of Lake Cherokee; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren survive her.

Her husband Col. Leo H. Melton and her two sons preceded Mrs. Melton in death.
