Alpha Rho President Jennifer Utzman, Treasurer Debra Albertson, Betty Fowler, and Teresa Anderson, all of Kilgore, attended the District V Meeting of Alpha Delta Kappa International Sorority of Women Educators in Sulphur Springs on April 1.
