     Margaret Logston, vice president of the Kilgore Oilpatch Kiwanis Club, received a Ruby K Award at Friday's board meeting. Presenting the award is Texas-Oklahoma District Division 14 Lt. Gov. Bill Morgan of Lufkin. Logston received the award for recruiting five new members for the club.
