Theft $50 to $500, 411 Florey St., Cary Hugh Finley reported same. Reported at 2:20 p.m. by Officer Gary Ketchum.

ARRESTS

TUESDAY

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Shawna Gayle Watkins, 26, 3787 FM 2089, Overton was arrested at #7 Cox Rd., Kilgore at 1:23 p.m. by Officer Dee Ann Brown.

Warrant-KPD, Traffic Offense, Latisha Leshun Loyd, 26, 406 Newtown St., Kilgore was arrested at 600 Gladewater St., Kilgore at 11:53 p.m. by Officer James Richard Reeves.

ACCIDENTS

Unit 1, a 1992 International driven by James Ray Garner, 15221 CR 3104, Gladewater was in an accident with Unit 2, a 2000 Pontiac driven by Ryan Dwayne Gest, 1121 Sequoia, Kilgore. Both Units making a left turn, Unit 1 failed to stay in the appropriate lane moving into Unit 2's lane striking Unit 2. Reported to Officer Dee Brown at 5:09 p.m. on 3/21.

For the period ending at 7 a.m. on Wednesday the Kilgore Police Department reported 7 9-11 calls, 66 public calls for a total of 73 calls. Dispatched calls consisted of 18 to police, 2 to fire, 1 to ambulance, 2 to animal control, 1 other for a total of 24 dispatched calls.
