The Toby Horton GU 1 Well No.18 will be drilled in the Danville (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field by Burlington Resources Oil & Gas Company LP. The well will be located 4.9 miles southwest from Longview in the Edwards, H Survey, A64. The well will bottom at a depth of 11,445-feet. The well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field or the Danville, East (Cotton Valley) Field.

TXOK Texas Energy Resources, L.P. will drill the Moncrief, Mattie Well No.4 in the White Oak (Cotton Valley Sand) Field. The well will be located within the city limits of White Oak in the Castleberry, W H Survey, A-38 with a depth of 11,300-feet.

Harrison County

In a lease seven miles north from Marshall, in the Hallsville, Northeast (Cotton Valley) Field, the Williams, Ernest Well No.2 will be drilled. The well will be drilled by Smith, E.N. III Energy Corp. in the Vardeman, H Survey, A-726 to a depth of 11,000-feet.

The Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field will see two new wells drilled by XTO Energy Inc. The first well will be designated the Bivins Eastman Gas Unit Well No.5 and will be located 6.4 miles southwest from Hallsville in the Pearson, TK Survey, A586. The second well will be designated the Bivins Eastman Gas Unit Well No.6 and will be located 5.9 miles southwest from Hallsville in the Pearson, TK Survey, A-586 The wells will bottom at 13,000-feet.

The Hatley Well No.1 and the Deady Well No.1 will be drilled in a Wildcat Field to a depth of 11,200-feet. The Hatley well will be located 5.1 miles northeast from Hallsville and the Deady well will be located 5.2 miles northeast from Hallsville. Both wells will be drilled by Empresa Energy, LP in the Gillet, C Survey, A-9. The wells may also be drilled in the Woodlawn, Southwest (Cotton Valley) Field or the Woodlawn (Travis Peak) Field.

Craton Energy Company II LLC is preparing to drill the Eastman Chemical Company GU 1 Well No.1. The well will be located 3.2 miles east from Lakeport in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will lie in the SP RR Co. Survey, A697 and will bottom at a depth of 11,500-feet.

Panola County

The Ross, J.T. Well No.20A will be drilled in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. The well will be located 4.6 miles southwest from Beckville in the O'Banon, G Survey, A-519. the well will bottom at a depth of 10,500-feet.

Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. will drill the Fender, H. R. Well No.17 in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will be located 5.9 miles southwest from Carthage in the Ashton, M Survey, A-8 with a depth of 10,000-feet.

In a lease 7.7 miles southeast from Carthage, in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field, the Peter 2 Unit Well No.6 will be drilled by Conocophillips Co. The well will be drilled to a depth of 10,100-feet in the Piper, I A Survey, A-552.

Conocophillips Co. will drill the Pitts A Well No.6 in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will be located 8.6 miles southeast from Carthage in the Kelly, T Survey, A-372. Total depth of the well will be 10,100-feet.

The Carthage (Travis Peak) Field will see a new well drilled by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. The well is designated the FurrhMcMillan Unit Well No.5. The well will be located 13.1 miles east from Carthage in the Gibbs, V Survey, A-231. The second well is designated the B.S.A. Gas Unit Well No.2 and will be located 13.3 miles east from Carthage in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. The well wills bottom at 10,300-feet. The No.5 may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field or the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. The No.2 may also be drilled in the Carthage (Travis Peak) Field or a Wildcat Field.

The Porter Well No.6 is being prepared for drilling by Comstock Oil & Gas, LP. The well will be located 3.3 miles west from Beckville in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will bottom with a total depth of 10,500-feet in the Bowls, J Survey, A-80.

The Carthage (Travis Peak) Field will see more production. The Dahlia O. Caudle Unit 1 Well No.11R will be drilled by Anadarko E&P Company LP. The well will be located 4.6 miles southeast from Carthage in the Anderson, B Jr. Survey, A-7 to a depth of 7,500-feet.

Rusk County

GMT Exploration Company Texas, LLC will be preparing to drill the Smith Well No.4 in the Naconiche Creek (RodessaTravis Peak) Field. The well will be located 8.4 miles southeast from Mt. Enterprise in the Ragan, E J Survey, A-688 with a depth of 9,800-feet.

The Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field will see a new well drilled. The well is designated the Rusk County Airport Gas Unit 1 Well No.13 and will bottom at a depth of 11,200-feet. The Houston Exploration Company will drill the well 2.8 miles southwest from Henderson in the Towns, D G Survey, A-784.

In a lease 3.9 miles east from Henderson, the Smith, Walter "B" Well No.3 will be drilled. The well will bottom at a depth of 11,000-feet and will be drilled by Chinn Exploration Co. in the Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will lie in the Marre, A Survey, A-515.

The Houston "H" Well No.9 will be located 7.7 miles east from Henderson in the Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will be drilled to a depth of 11,000-feet by Chinn Exploration Co. in the Langham, R Survey, A-478.

EOG Resources, Inc. will drill the Kangerga Bros. Well No.5 and the Kangerga Bros. Well No.6 in the Minden (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field. The No.5 well will be located five miles southeast from Henderson, the No.6 will be located 5.1 miles southeast from Henderson, both are in the White, J M Survey, A-813. The wells will bottom with a depth of 10,900-feet.

The D. Ross Gas Unit Well No.2 will be drilled by Goodrich Petroleum Co. in the Minden (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field. The well will be located two miles east from Chapman in the Murray, J Survey, A-600. The well will have a total depth of 11,000-feet and may also be drilled in the Church Hill (Travis Peak) Field or a Wildcat Field.

In a lease 3.4 miles northeast from Henderson, in a Wildcat Field, the Adams Well No.1 will be drilled by Arena Resources, L.L.C. The well will be drilled to a depth of 11,000-feet in the YBarbo, JJ Survey, A-880. The well may also be drilled in the Minden (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field.

Smith County

The Cloke WellNo.3H will be drilled by J-W Operating in the Chapel Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will be located 4.7 miles northwest from Arp in the Wm. Manier Survey, A667 to a depth of 13,000-feet.

Tarrant County

The R. M. Alliston Well No.5H will be drilled in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field by Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. to a depth of 9,000-feet. The well will be located seven miles northwest from Saginaw in the MEP&P RR Co./Holt, W L Survey, A1932.

In a lease within the city limits of Fort Worth, in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field, the Carter Trust Well No.2H will be drilled. The well will be drilled by Stroud Energy, Ltd. to a depth of 7,500-feet in the Shelby CSL Survey, A1375. The well will bottom at a total depth of 7,500-feet.

The TRWD Well No.1H and the TRWD Well No.2H will be drilled by Dale Operating Co. in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field. The wells will bottom at 10,500-feet and will be located within the city limits of Fort Worth. The No.1H will lie in the Waller, B E Survey, A1659 and the No.2H will lie in the Daggett, E M Survey, A431.

XTO Energy Inc. will prepare to drill the C. V. Moore Unit Well No.1H in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field. The well will be located 1.63 miles southwest from Mansfield in the Korticky, J Survey, A-915 with a depth of 11,000-feet.

The Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field will see the Lonesome Dove Well No.3H drilled by EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. The well will be drilled 9,000-feet in the Heartman, S F Survey, A-733. Location of the well will be 14.3 miles southwest from Fort Worth.

Upshur County

The Mings Chapel (Cotton Valley Lime) Field will see a new well drilled by El Paso Production Co. The well will be located 4.5 miles southwest from Gilmer in the Brown, S Survey, A-25. The well will be designated the Williams Gas Unit No.1 Well No.10 and will bottom at 12,500-feet. The well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

The South Gilmer Gas Unit No.1 Well No.3 will be drilled 9.3 miles southwest from Gilmer in a Wildcat Field. The well will be drilled to a depth of 12,200-feet in the Esparcia, M A Survey, A-149 by El Paso Production Co. The wlel may also be drilledin the Wilkins, North (Haynesville) Field.

COMPLETIONS

Cherokee County

When gauged on a 48/64inch choke, the Decker, E. M. Well No.1 potentialed 2.150 million cubic feet of natural gas. The well is located 10.4 miles southeast of Rusk in the White Oak Creek Field. Windsor Energy Group, L.L.C. drilled the well to reach a depth of 10,815feet with production in the Travis Peak formation.

Freestone County

In a lease eight miles northwest from Fairfield, in the Stewards Mill Field, the Best Unit Well No.2 has been completed. The well was drilled to reach a depth of 11,900-feet by EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. The well was gauged on a 48/64-inch choke and potentialed 463,000 cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

XTO Energy Inc. has completed the drilling of the Emerson Gas Unit I Well No.1 to a depth of 10,695-feet. Location is 2.80 miles northeast of Streetman in the Cheneyboro Field. The well potentialed 1.060 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 48/64-inch choke with production in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on a 23/64inch choke, the Capps No.1 Gas Unit Well No.4 potentialed 3.916 million cubic feet of gas. The well is located 2.10 miles northeast of Fairfield in the Reed Field. The well was drilled by XTO Energy Inc. to a depth of 12,749-feet. Production is in the Haynesville Consolidated formation.

The Thigpen "A" Well No.18U has been completed in the Donie Field by Anadarko Petroleum Co. The well is located 6.47 miles south southwest from Dew with a depth of 13,646-feet. The well was gauged on an open choke and potentialed 39,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Pettit formation.

In a lease 3.80 miles southwest of Fairfield, the Dunlap Gas Unit No.1 Well No.4 has been completed to a depth of 12,390-feet by XTO Energy Inc. The well potentialed 2.527 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 16/64-inch choke. Production is in the Haynesville Consolidated formation.

The Cooper Well No.4 has also been completed in the Teague Townsite Field by XTO Energy Inc. This well is located 1.70 miles southeast of Teague with a depth of 12,592-feet. When gauged on a 18/64-inch choke the well potentialed 1.249 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The Reed Field has seen a new well completed by Hunt Petroleum Corp. The well is known as the Red GU #4 Well No.7 and is located 6.3 miles southeast from Fairfield with a depth of 12,490-feet. The well potentialed 1.033 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 48/64-inch choke. Production is in the Haynesville Consolidated formation.

In a lease 4.2 miles northeast from Farifield, the Fryer Gas Unit "B" Well No.8 has been completed in the Nan-Su-Gail Field. The well is drilled by Valence Operating Co. to a depth of 12,812-feet. The well was drilled on a 48/64-inch choke and potentialed 996,000 cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

Valence Operating Co. has also completed the Williford "E" Well No.7 in the Nan-Su-Gail Field. This well is located 4.8 miles east northeast of Fairfield with a depth of 12,625-feet. The well potentialed 2.101 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 19/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

Harrison County

The Bradley Well No.1 has been completed by G M X Resources Co. The well is located 9.6 miles from Marshall in the Carthage, North Field. The well was drilled to a depth of 9,994feet and potentialed 520,000 cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 18/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on a 24/64inch choke, the Stacy Gas Unit 1 Well No.1 potentialed 1.326 million cubic feet of gas. The well is located 5.8 miles northwest of Waskom in the Waskom Field. Samson Lone Star Limited Partnership drilled the well to a depth of 9,850-feet. The well potentialed 1.326 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 24/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Leon County

In a lease five miles north of Jewett, the McAshan Well No.3 has been completed by El Paso Production Co. The well was drilled to a depth of 14,600-feet in the Bear Grass Field. The well was gauged on an adjustable choke and potentialed 1.450 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

The Lewis "B" Well No.17 is located 7.5 miles northwest of Jewett in the Farrar Field. The well is drilled by Valence Operating Co. to a depth of 14,700feet. When gauged on a 48/64inch choke the well potentialed 2.203 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Lime formation.

Marion County

When gauged on a 16/64inch choke, the Felker Well No.2 potentialed 160,000 cubic feet of gas. The well is located 12.2 miles northwest of Jefferson in the Lassater Field. The well was drilled to a depth of 11,275-feet by Burk Royalty Company, Ltd. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Nacogdoches County

The Adams Gas Unit Well No.5 was gauged on a 18/64inch choke and potentialed 1.067 million cubic feet of natural gas. The well was drilled to a depth of 9,157-feet by Chesapeake Operating, Inc. in the Naconiche Creek Field. Production is in the Rodessa-Travis Peak Consolidated formation.

Panola County

In a lease 6.7 miles northeast from Carthage, the Carthage Gas Unit Well No.229 has been completed in the Carthage Field by EOG Resources, Inc. The well is drilled to a depth of 9,613-feet and potentialed 2.694 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on an adjustable choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Robertson County

When gauged on a 24/64inch choke, the R.L. Dodds Jr. Well No.1 potentialed 1.199 million cubic feet of gas. The well is located 2.4 miles southeast from Easterly in a Wildcat Field. The well was drilled to reach a depth of 16,500-feet by EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc.

The T-Bar-X/Smith Gas Unit Well No.2 has been completed in the Savell Field. The well is lcaoted 2.4 miles southeast from Franklin and drilled to a depth of 15,500-feet by Burlington Resources Oil & Gas Company, L.P. The well was gauged on a 48/64-inch choke and potentialed 2.701 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Bossier Sand formation.

Rusk County

The Minden Field has seen the Rogers Well No.1 completed by Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. The well is located 2.1 miles northeast of Minden reaching a depth of 10,850-feet. The well was gauged on a 39/64-inch choke and potentialed 687,000 cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

El Paso Production Co. has filed the first completion report for the Viper 1 Well No.4. The well bottoms at 10,950-feet and is located 5.2 miles southeast from Henderson in the Minden Field. The well potentialed 516,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 18/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton

Valley Consolidated formation.

When gauged on a 25/64inch choke, the Cuba Alexander Gas Unit No.1 Well No.3 potentialed 2.229 million cubic feet of gas. The well is located 2.5 miles west from Henderson in the Minden Field. The well was drilled to a depth of 10,950-feet by Ascent Operating, LP. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

The Wilkins 1 Gas Unit Well No.13 is located three miles southeast from Henderson in the Minden Field. The well was completed by El Paso Production Co. to a depth of 10,950feet. The well potentialed 1.158 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 18/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

In a lease three miles northwest from Garrison, in the Naconiche Creek Field, the Adams Well No.1 has been completed by GMT Exploration Company Texas, LLC. The well was drilled to a depth of 9,206-feet. When gauged on a 16/64-inch choke the well potentialed 1.000 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Rodessa-Travis Peak Consolidated formation.

Smith County

Waldrop Gas Unit 1 Well No.10 has been completed in the Overton Field by Southwestern Energy Production Co. to a depth of 12,044-feet. The well is located 1.6 miles northwest from Troup and potentialed 4.037 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a23/64inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley Sand formation.

Upshur County

In a lease 14.6 miles southwest of Gilmer, in the Big Sandy Field, the Sabine River Well No.1 has been completed by El Paso Production Co. The well bottoms at 12,100-feet. When gauged on a 18/64-inch choke the well potentialed 839,000 cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Lime formation.
