Funeral services for Billy Bob Newman, 55, of Henderson were Saturday March 18, 2006 at Southern Funeral Home Chapel Henderson with Rev. Billy Tribble, Bishop Robert Brown and Rev. Emmit Anderson officiating . Burial followed at Prospect Cemetery, in Minden. Under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Henderson. Mr. Newman passed away March 14, 2006 at his residence in Henderson. He was born Sept. 3, 1951 in Henderson.

He was preceded in death by his parents Roman (Mutt) Oquinn and Ineez Newman.

He is survived by two sons; three daughters; four sisters; seven brothers; three Aunts; and ten grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Archie Roy, Daniel Mitcheal, Kevin Harper, Forrest Medford, George Davis, Scotty Murphy, Adrain Alexander, Frank Young.

Honorary Pallbearers were Billy Newman, Brandon Thurman, Bobby G. Anthony.
