GRACIE F. GLASPIE

Funeral services for Ms. Gracie F. Glaspie of Kilgore. will be held Saturday, Feb. 25, 2006 at 1 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church in Tatum, with Rev. Larry Washington officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery, Tatum, under the direction of Cunningham Funeral Home.

Ms. Gracie Glaspie was born Oct. 5, 1930, to the parentage of Lewis and Leather Glaspie in Rusk County. She attended school at Harmony Hill.

She died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2006 at Good Shepherd Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and three sisters.

She is survived by; three daughters, Carolyn Jones, Kilgore, Dora Brittian, Aurora, CO, Katherine Brittian, Overton; two sons, Claudius Brittian, Aurora, CO, Ricky Glaspie, Tennessee Colony; one Sister, Dora Tenner, Dallas; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of neices, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
