Dendy and David Farrar of Clear Lake, are the proud parents of a baby girl, Brynn Leila, born Jan. 21, 2006 at 1:01 p.m. in Clear Lake Regional Medical Center. She weighed 7 lbs., 4 ozs. and was 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Debbie and Arnie Petter of The Woodlands. Great-grandparents are Olga Jankowiak of Houston, the late Arnold Petter, the late Pete Jankowiak, the late Doris and Thomas York, all of Houston.

Paternal grandparents are Ronald and Marie Farrar of Kilgore. Great-grandparents are Irene and Leonard Farrar of Liberty city, the late Charles E. and Doris Salmons of Kilgore.

She was welcomed home by her sister, Callie.

Nicole Marie and Jonathon Cornelius Tyeskie of Kilgore, are the proud parents of a baby boy, Gavin Louis, born Feb. 8, 2006 at 3:27 a.m. in Laird Memorial Hospital. He weighed 9 lbs., 8 ozs. and was 22 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Guy and Carol Hargrave, Tommy and Lorraine Overman, all of Kilgore. Great-grandparent is Blacky Hargrave of Kilgore.

Paternal grandparents are Ulysses and Victoria Holman of Kilgore. Great-grandparent is Eva Mae Smith of Kilgor.

Stephanie and John Mercer of Bossier City, LA, are the proud parents of a baby boy, Canaan Alexander, born Feb. 8, 2006 at 11:49 a.m. in Bossier City, LA. He weighed 5 lbs., 11 ozs. and was 18 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Steve and Claudia Lee of Minden, LA. Great-grandparents are Claude and Leatrice West of Minden, LA.

She was welcomed home by her brothers, Joshua Holt and wife Bridget Holt and their two daughters Kylee and Eliana of Kilgore, Levi Holt, Coleman Holt, Wyche Holt, Silas Holt, all of Paris. She was also welcomed home by her sisters, Rebekah Holt, Anna Holt, Bethany Holt, and Mary Kay Holt, all of Paris

Jennifer and Michael Ellis of Henderson, are the proud parents of a baby girl, Kayla Marie, born Jan. 30, 2006 at 1:19 p.m. in Laird Memorial Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs., 14 ozs. and was 21 3/4 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Jim and Anne Rowe of Kilgore. Great-grandparents are Howard and Billie Thornbrugh, Quentin and Grace Rowe, all of Kilgore.

Paternal grandparents are Mike and Virginia Ellis of Henderson. Great-grandparents are Lee and Virginia Kent of Kilgore, Roy and Sandra Ellis of White Oak.

She was welcomed home by her brother, Houston Ellis and her sister, Gracie Ellis.
