Bailey Allison Downing turned 5 on Feb. 14, 2006. She celebrated with family and friends on Feb. 12 with a Cowgirl party at her parent’s home in Kilgore. Bailey and her 42 guest enjoyed cake, ice cream and taking rides on a horse, “Ms. Lexi”. Bailey is the daughter of Wes and Kelli Downing, and big sister to Kaden Weslee Downing. Grandparents are Jerry and Debbie Oglesby, Terri Downing and Danny and Marion Downing. Great-Grandparents are Allene Hassell and the late Millard Hassell, Doris Oglesby Hampton and the late Harold Oglesby, Wayne and Sue Bass, Lee and Ruth Downing and Leroy and Emma Nell Johns.
