Warrant-Other Agency, Gregg County, No Seat Belt, Glen M. Fortenberry Jr., 34, 20890 CR 366, Gladewater was arrested at 1800 Hwy 31, Kilgore at 11:36 p.m. by Officer J.B. Pierce.

Possesson of Dangerous Drugs, Tiffany Dawn Espy, 26, 189 Span St., Kilgore was arrested at 600 Houston St. at 7:56 p.m. by Officer Jerry Wayne McDaniel.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Dedrick Shamon Pegues, 21, 505 Martin St., Kilgore was arrested at 505 Martin St., Kilgore at 8:04 p.m. by Officer J.B. Pierce.

ACCIDENTS

Unit 1, a 1988 Chevrolet driven by Brandon Kyle Adams, 4000 SH 135, Kilgore rolled his vehicle in the 3900 block of SH 135. Driver stated his brakes locked up causing him to lose control. Driver was intoxicated. Reported to Officer Tony Stone at 8:30 p.m. on 1/7.

For the period ending at 7 a.m. on Thursday the Kilgore Police Department reported 8 9-11 calls, 73 public calls for a total of 81 calls. Disaptched calls consisted of 29 to police, 5 to fire, 1 to ambulance, 2 to Sabine, 7 to animal control for a total of 44 dispatched calls.
