GENE VANMETER

Funeral services for Gene VanMeter, 78, of Kilgore, were Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, at Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Don Beebe and Tommy Stone officiating. Interment followed at Rock Springs Cemetery in Gladewater. Mr. VanMeter died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2005 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife; son and daughter-in-law, of Longview; daughter, Kilgore; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, , Copperas Cove; two brothers, all of Kilgore; numerous nieces and nephews.
