The Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association lighting contest winners are (top row to bottom row left to right) The Barrego family won for best Nativity Scene, the Fullerton family won for Greeting Card display, best Door went to the Faulkner family, for Children’s Enjoyment the top award went to the Glasco family, the commercial award with stars all around went to Shear Company and the best window in Kilgore went to the Thrower family.
