Driving While Intoxicated 2nd, Unlawful Carrying of Weapon, Toby Herman Pilgrim, 38, 5395 FM 2204, Kilgore was arrested at 108 N. Henderson Blvd., Kilgore at 12:40 a.m. by Officer Victor Paul Barry.

Theft $50 to $500, Tiffany Dawn Espy, 26, 10021 CR 162, Overton was arrested at 1201 Stone St., Kilgore at 4:05 p.m. by Officer Jason Lynn Brannon. FRIDAY Traffic Offense, Fail to Signal Turn, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Scott James Rice, 25, 3418 Duncan St., Kilgore was arrested at 500 Leach St., Kilgore at 12:04 a.m. by Officer Jerry Wayne McDaniel.

ACCIDENTS

Unit 1, a 2005 Nissan driven by Robert Taylor Schleier, 2422 Clay St., Kilgore was in an accident with Unit 2, a 1998 Ford driven by Christene Adams Robinson, 1819 Watson Rd., Kilgore. Unit 1 was stopped at stop at signal starts forward and slows to stop, Unit 2 behind Unit 1 strikes Unit 1 in the rear. Driver of Unit 2 had been drinking but not intoxicated.

For the period ending at 7 a.m. on Friday the Kilgore Police Department reported 13 9-11 calls, 49 public calls for a total of 62 calls. Dispatched calls consisted of 21 to police, 4 to fire, 1 to ambulance, 1 to GCSO, 1 to RCSO, 2 to animal control for a total of 30 dispatched calls.
