New theater opens in Longview

LONGVIEW -Hollywood Theaters Stadium 14 officially opened Wednesday.

The 45,000 square-foot movie complex, features stadium style seating and Dolby Digital surround sound in all 14 auditoriums. The complex can seat 2,300 movie goers.

The complex is located on Hwy. 259 South.

The complex is fully ADAcompliant with wheelchair accessible ramps, aisle seating and bathroom and countertop accessibility. Infrared headphones are available for the hearing-impaired.

The grand opening feature movies on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday include “King Kong,” “Harry Potter,” “Bee Season,” Aeon Fluz,” “Just Friends,” “Chicken Little,” “Jarhead,” “Derailed” and “Get Rick or Die Tryin’!”.

“The Family Stone” will be opening today.

During the grand opening, through Sunday, popcorn and drinks will be $1 each.
