STORIES FOR THE YOUNG AND OLD WITH LOTS OF LOVE

A story book, a story teller and eager listeners both young and old make for love all around. Pre school students from Stepping Stone day care visited the Country Place Village residents Friday to hear Margaret Martin read Thomas’ Christmas Delivery. After the story the children visited with the residents and hugs were had all around. The children signed the big guest sheet and were treated to Christmas treats afterwards. (photos left clockwise) Margaret Martin reads as all the children sit mesmerized in front of the Christmas tree. Coma Dillen (left) and Faye Matthis receive big hugs from Sadie Hamblen (left) and Jayden Mankins. Lynee Cross, marketing for Country Place hands out the treats to all the children. Alice Stokes talks with Bradley Gregg as Betty Currier gets a big hug. Mary Jane Clapp sits in the back waiting her hugs. The residents of Country Place were also visited by First Baptist Church and Calvary Way.
