Teresa Lee Lucas, 9, works on decorating her card for the contest sponsored by the News Herald to help rasie money for the Kilgore Intermediate School PTA. Lucas along with other fourth and fifth grade students will submit the cards they decorate to local businesses to be judged and the winner will be in the News Herald as an advertisement and some of the cards will be displayed in the businesses around Kilgore.
