JUNE HEDGES

Graveside services for June Hedges, 82, former longtime resident of Kilgore, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, 2005 at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock with Pastor James Lewis officiating. Mrs. Hedges passed away Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2005, in Texas City.

She was born June 18, 1923 in Bristow, OK. She was a retired secretary for the oil field services industry, a member of Keenagers at First Christian Church in Texas City.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Hedges Sr.; brother, Jimmy Golden.

Survivors include daughter Carla and Tommy Lambright; son Carl F. Jr. and Elizabeth Hedges; sister, Patricia and William Percic; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Steve McLane, Tony McLane, Casey McLane, Ken Flolo, Tommy Sample and Tommy Lambright. Honorary pallbearer is Paul Hardebeck.

Visitation will be 6 until 8 p.m. Friday at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City
