ACCIDENTS Unit 1, a 1980 Chevrolet unknown driver entered parking lot striking Unit 2, a 2001 Nissan driven by Kristina Lashae Williams, 400 Luder St., Kilgore and then fled the scene. Reported to Officer Jerry McDaniel at 10:35 p.m. on 11/17. Unit 1, a 1996 Ford driven by Charles David White, 1001 S. Martin St., Kilgore was in an accident with Unit 2, a 2003 Dodge driven by Billy Edd Echart, 288 E. Amos, Kilgore. Unit 1 and Unit 2 northbound on US 259, Unit 1 attempted to change lanes and struck Unit 2. Reported to Officer Gary Ketchum at 12:56 p.m. on 11/18. Unit 1, a 1986 Chysler driven by Mattie Lee Mumphrey, 8318 Goforth Rd., Kilgore was in an accident with Unit 2, a 1999 Ford driven by Narciso Paul Garcia, 615 Beckley St., Kilgore. Unit 1 was turning into private drive off US 259, Unit 2 behind Unit 1 was distracted and struck Unit 1 in the rear. Reported to Officer Gary Ketchum at 11:49 a.m. on 11/20. For the period ending at 7 a.m. on Tuesday the Kilgore Police Department reported 46 9-11 calls, 256 public calls for a total of 302 calls. Dispatched calls consisted of 81 to police, 12 to fire, 10 to ambulance, 1 to rescue, 3 to Sabine, 1 to SCSO, 1 to RCSO, 1 to City/Water, 9 to animal control for a total of 119 dispatched calls
