Warrant-Other Agency, Smith Co., Theft, Haley Ann Lockhart, 18, 2400 Creek St., Kilgore was arrested at 900 W. North St., Kilgore at 9:50 a.m. by Officer John D. Rowe.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Christopher Charles Pollard, 29, 2400 Creek St., Kilgore was arrested at 906 W. North, Kilgore at 10:16 a.m. by Officer Jason Alan Brannon.
