KIBA AWARDS
 The Yard of the Month goes to Lisa Slavin at 3605 Woodview. The Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association gave the award for the month of August.
 Bill and Roberta Boggs at 413 Hillside received the Beauty Spot of the Month from the Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association. Boggs said he does all his own gardening.
 The Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association presented commercial beauty spot to the Meadowbrook Country Club.
