Theft under $50, Sheila Dianne McCart, 35, 3rd St., Kilgore was arrested at 1201 Stone St., Kilgore at 4:50 p.m. by Officer John D. Rowe.

For the period ending at 7 a.m. on Thursday the Kilgore Police Department reported 13 9-11 calls, 68 public calls for a total of 81 calls. Dispatched calls consisted of 27 to police, 2 to fire, 4 to ambulance, 1 to GCSO, 4 to animal control for a total of 38 dispatched calls.
