CONGRATULATIONS, 7-8 AMERICANS!

Submitted photo Members of the 7-8 year-old American League All-Star team of the Kilgore Boys Baseball Association (pictured above) had a great season, maybe the best by a 7-8 year-old KBBA team ever. The American All-Star squad won their district tournament, then played in the state tournament in Dayton last weekend. The boys won their first game before losing the next two to be eliminated, but coach Whitney Keeling said he was proud of them and all of their accomplishments this season. Members of the 7-8 year-old American All-Stars squad were Koby Yoder, Seth Wisenhunt, Tanner Tutt, Joshua Preston, Chris Powe, Dylan Harkrider, Andrew Hampton, Kurtis Hail, Cason Green, Mason Gathright, Troy Duran and Sylvester Conrad. Also, there are several more KBBA teams that begin state tournament runs this weekend.
