Marriage Enrichment Seminar held at Siloh Road Church

Dr. Jerry and Lynn Jones will present the marriage enrichment seminar, Marriage Matters, Aug. 14–17, at the Shiloh Road Church of Christ.

This seminar will benefit people in every stage of life, whether single, divorced, or widowed.

One of our greatest challenges as a nation and culture is preserving the integrity and unity of the home. Many couples have good intentions but lack the skills and determination necessary to keep a family intact. Using God-centeredness as the foundation, the seminar presentations provide information for maintaining good marriages and explain in a very down-to-earth manner the origin of many marital problems and the solutions to counter them.

Marriage Matters is a 13-session seminar that focuses on incorporating God into real-life issues of marriage and family. Each session explores some of the complex issues and emotions surrounding marriage and is filled with sound psychological advice and biblical direction. Both professional educators and dynamic communicators, Jerry and Lynn Jones have conducted over 200 seminars in 41 states. They are guaranteed to make you laugh, cry and truthfully evaluate yourself and your family relationships.

The Marriage Matters Seminar will be at the Shiloh Road Church of Christ on Sunday, Aug. 14, at 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. The seminar will continue each evening Monday, Aug. 15, through Wednesday, Aug. 17, at 7 p.m. through 9 pm. Childcare will be provided for children under the age of 10. There is no charge for the seminar or for child care but please call 903-561-7992 to register for the seminar and sign up for child care.
