Consider discussion and adopt ordinance No. 1282 adopting the proposed City of Kilgore Personnel Policy with an effective date of July 1, 2005 and repealing any and all past ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations or policies that would be in conflict with said Policy 7. Consider discussion and adopt Ordinance No. 1283 amending the 2004/05 General Fund Budget and Water Utilities Budget 8. Consider dicussion and approve proposed right-of-way easement for AEP/SWEPCO Fritz-Swanson Street (North-Northeast Side) Longview Street to School Street 9. GREGG COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT A meeting of Gregg County Commissioners’ Court will be 10 a.m. Monday, June 13, 2005 at Commissioners’ Courtroom, 3rd Floor - Courthouse, 101 E. Methvin Street in Longview. 1. Approve minutes of the May, 2005 term 2. Approve the May, 2005 report from the County Clerk 3. Acknowledge the May, 2005 report from the Auditor 4. Approve bills payable, special bills and interbudget transfers. 5. Approve health plan lcaims payment(s) 6. Public Comments 7. Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP A. Request approvel of a resolution authorizing the execution o f a deed and/or all other documents necessary to convey property to Lam Cong Phan B. Adjourn RUSK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT A meeting of the Rusk County Commissioners Court will be 10 a.m. Monday, June 13, 2005 in the County Courtroom, First Floor, Rusk County Courthouse in Henderson. 1. Open and possibly award bids for the following: A. Rental of one (1) Pug Mill to mix road oil and sand for all precincts B. Sell by seal bid one (1) 10x12 storage building w/damages for Pct. 4 2. Discuss for approval request from Pam Pipkin to allow the Rusk County Library to accept the gift of Canon Microprinter 90 from the McKinney Memorial Public Library 3. Discuss for approval request from Pam Pipkin for permission to accept “Staying Connected” grant frunds fromt he Gates Foundation to purchase six computers 4. Discuss for approval to renew Billing Agreement between Kilgore College East Texas Police Academy and Rusk County for local law enforcement training 5. Accept complete personal status report from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement for Bert Ferrell, Constable Pct. 2 6. Discuss for approval to allow Energy Transfer to excavate CR 3125 to make necessary repairs to pipeline that blew out 7. Discuss for approval to allow Precinct No. 1 to fill in drainage ditch on private property in order to reroute water through new culvert being installed on CR 186 8. Discuss for approval request from Commissioner Kimble Harris to declare as surplus to be sold one 1994 F700 Ford truck, one 1992 F600 Ford truck and one Farley pressure washer and steam cleaner 9. Consider for approval the following utility requests A. Mt. Enterprise Water Supply Corp to place 3/4” pipe in casing across and within the right-of-way of CR 3206 B. South Rusk County Water Supply Corp. to 5/8” service line across CR 4223W C. MARKWEST Pipeline Company, L.P. to place 6.625” O.D. steel pipeline under and across the following roads: CR 3103, 3102, 3101, 341, 388D, 336, 347, 346, 344, 342, 303, 301, 311, 308, 314 in Precinct 3 and CR 401, 414, 468, 475 in Precinct 4 10. Approve Commissioners Court minutes for regular meeting on May 9, 2005 and special meetings on May 3 & 19, 2005 11. Public comment 12.
