Jacqueline Carter (left) and Marion Dovel look through copies of photos provided by Terry Stembridge of the Kilgore Historical Preservation Foundation at Kilgore Public Library last night. Stembridge is hopeful people will come to the library and look at these old photos and perhaps be able to identify people or places in these pictures. Part of KHPF’s observance of National Historic Preservation Month, many of these photos will be used in a second book being published by KHPF in the fall. The photos will be available to look at through next week. Sue Brown, KHPF, said people can write down the names, dates and places right on the back of each photo copy.
