The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kilgore, Texas will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at 8:30 A.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Administrative Offices at 815 North Kilgore Street in Kilgore, Texas to consider an application for the following request

Request for a Special Use Permit for the drilling of an oil/gas well on Tract 38 of the Henry Wells Survey, AB-222, one tract totaling 21± acres, located 1098± feet west of Danville Road, crossing 1098± feet west across the Marjorie Meadows tract 41 of the Henry Wells Survey, AB- 222. Also, fronting 185± feet along the cul-desac of Lockhaven Drive, and 77 ± along the cul-desac of Stonehaven Court.
