Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 815 North Kilgore Street, Kilgore, Texas, by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Kilgore, Texas, on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 8:30 A.M.

APPLICATION V11-09-011 NESTLEROAD

This is an application from Jeff Nestleroad owner of Lot 15 Block 3 in the Lockhaven Addition, one lot totaling .56± acres, located 459± feet south of the intersection of Lockhaven Drive and Stonehaven Court, fronting 141±

feet along the east side of Stonehaven Court. (3304 Stonehaven Court).

The applicant is requesting a variance from section 29-222 that states that the definition of an accessory structure is”a structure detached from a principal building located on the same lot and customarily incidental and subordinate to the principal building or use. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow for a 4 0 x 3 0 garage/workshop/ storage that will be located on a separate lot from the main structure. Said Board, at said time and place, will hear persons in interest of such matters or any objections thereto. Persons interested may appear at the hearing.
