NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Kilgore, Texas will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 8:30 A.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Administrative Offices at 815 North Kilgore Street in Kilgore, Texas to consider the following zoning applications: Z05-08-004 SHUP Request to change the zoning from "R- 1" Single-Family Residential District to "LR-4" Local Retail-4 District on Tract 27 Section 8 of the M Van Winkle Survey AB-208, one lot totaling .9± acres located 446± northwest of the intersection of Stone Road and Higginbotham Road, fronting 97± feet along the south side of Stone Road (2504 Stone Road). The applicant is requesting the zoning change open a flower and trophy shop. Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, Title V and Special Education

Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, Title V and Special Education Services may be available for eligible students residing in Kilgore ISD who are attending private schools or for students being home schooled. Parents in Kilgore ISD, private schools or parents of students being home schooled who are interested in learning more about the above named services are invited to attend an informational meeting on May 14, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. or May 15, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. Parents of students who are already being served in Title programs are encouraged to attend. The meetings will be held at KISD Administration building. Schools and individuals who receive these services must comply with all requisite federal policies and procedures. Título I, Título II, Título III, Título IV, Título V de Servicios de Educación Especial y puede estar disponible para los estudiantes elegibles que residen en Kilgore ISD que asisten a escuelas privadas o para los alumnos escolarizados en casa. Los padres en Kilgore ISD, las escuelas privadas o los padres de los alumnos están escolarizados hogar que estén interesados en aprender más sobre los servicios de la mencionada arriba, se invita a asistir a una reunión informativa el 14 de mayo, 2008 a las 2:00 pm o el 15 de mayo de 2008, a las 9:00 am Los padres de los estudiantes que ya están siendo servidos en el Título programas son alentados a participar en la reunión. Las sesiones se celebrarán a las KISD Administración edificio.
