NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council of the City of Kilgore, Texas will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Administrative Offices at 815 North Kilgore Street in Kilgore, Texas to consider applications for the following requests. Z01-12-002 CDC Request to change the zoning from “R-2” with a Special Use Permit to a “PD” Planned Development with site plan approval on tract 22 of the Isom R. Chism Survey and the C.Chism Survey one tract totaling 24.85 acres located at the end of Penny Lane, Birch Lane and Amanda Lane in the Remington States Addition. The applicant is requesting the zoning change to allow for the development of single-family homes and townhomes.
